The Fiat 124 Sport Spider was produced by Fiat from mid-1966 to 1982. During this time, various model upgrades were undertaken and different engines were installed (from an initial 1.4 liter displacement with different carburettors to 2.0 liter engines with an injection system and catalytic converter). When Fiat took the model out of the range in autumn 1982, the 124 Spider was the only vehicle that bore the manufacturer’s name Pininfarina and was produced in the Italian body manufacturer’s workshops until the summer of 1985.
In the last few months of production another one was made
Model upgrade was carried out, giving the Spider rack-and-pinion steering and a more powerful braking system. Some changes were also made to the interior.
The vehicle we offer is one of the few and sought-after Spiders with rack and pinion steering and is therefore absolutely suitable for everyday use. The vehicle has some minor cosmetic defects, but is technically in perfect condition. A removable wind deflector was retrofitted behind the seats to minimize the wind when the top is open.
Our Spidereuropa impresses with its elegant color combination of dark blue body and beige leather in the interior. The Spider currently sits on Ronal alloy wheels, but a set of the original rims is available at an additional cost.
